A simple agreement
Terms for the Peerquik TikTok publishing workspace. Updated 30 October 2026. Contact: peerquik@hotmail.com.
The service
Peerquik helps creators prepare original videos and, where access is enabled, publish them to their authorized TikTok accounts. This is an early version offered without a publishing subscription charge. We do not promise availability, approval by TikTok, reach, revenue or any particular publishing result. Public posting requires TikTok approval; private testing is subject to TikTok’s restrictions.
Your account and content
Connect only an account you are authorized to manage. You retain ownership of your content and give us permission to process and transmit it solely to provide the publishing features you request. You must hold the rights to the video, music and other materials you upload, follow TikTok’s terms and community rules, and correctly disclose promotional, branded and AI-generated content.
You control publication
Review your video, account, caption, audience and other settings before consenting to publish. TikTok may reject, delay, restrict or remove a post. Disconnecting Peerquik does not remove content already sent to or published on TikTok. Manage or delete published posts on TikTok itself.
Acceptable use and availability
Do not use the service for unlawful content, spam, unauthorized reposting or attempts to bypass platform limits. We may suspend misuse and change or discontinue early-access functionality. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without warranties. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy and earlier products
The workspace’s privacy policy explains its data handling. Existing boilerplate and tutorial purchases retain their legacy terms and resource access. Peerquik is an independent service and is not endorsed by TikTok.
