This agreement becomes effective on the date you first access or download the Peerquik boilerplate.

3. Lifetime License with Termination Rights

Peerquik is a one-time purchase product that grants you a lifetime license to use its code and features to build your own projects. Designed by an indie dev who got tired of rewriting auth, payments, dashboards, and multi-role logic for every SaaS idea, Peerquik is built to save you time and launch faster.

There are no subscriptions or hidden fees. However, the creator reserves the right to revoke or terminate licenses in cases of misuse, abuse, or redistribution without consent.

4. No Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, once you gain access to Peerquik, all sales are final and non-refundable.

5. Disclaimer

Peerquik is provided "as is". It’s not guaranteed to meet your expectations or be bug-free. While it's been built with care and tested, there are no warranties—express or implied—including (but not limited to) fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation.

6. Limitation of Liability

Peerquik shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software. In any case, the total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

7. User Responsibilities

You're responsible for what you build using Peerquik. The product offers a foundation, but the final implementation and legal compliance of your product is on you.

8. Price Changes

As new features get added or major improvements are made, the price of Peerquik may increase. Early adopters benefit from lifetime access at the current price.

9. Legal Jurisdiction

Using Peerquik does not establish any partnership, employment, or agency relationship between you and the creator.
